DoorDam Adjustable Flood Barrier

DoorDam 1800 and 2600 are constructed of sturdy rustproof, aluminum beams and stainless steel hardware, encased within a watertight neoprene pouch. Our industrial DoorDam 3600 is constructed of welded steel beams encased in a watertight neoprene pouch. On the sides and bottom of the neoprene pouch is a three-comb neoprene rubber seal. By turning the handle at DoorDam’s top edge, you expand its width to press the seals against the vertical surfaces at either side of a doorway or similar opening.

It’s important to note that cracks in concrete or the lack of a smooth door jam or flooring could lead to some minor leakage which is why proper installation is crucial.

The DoorDam 1800 holds back up to 16-inches of water, the DoorDam 2600 provides protection from water up to 24-inches, and the industrial DoorDam 3600 can provide protection from levels up to 34-inches. Each model comes in standard widths that will fit most openings—either individually or when combined end-to-end in a line with Mullions. 

Your DoorDam is delivered with little assembly required, and comes with a heavy-duty debris guard to protect the neoprene pouch from punctures or scrapes from floating debris—an essential feature for areas that experience moving floodwaters.
